Welcome to Luumi (the "App"). The App is developed and provided by madaha ("we", "us", or the "Service Provider"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

Luumi is a content-aggregation search tool. The App lets you search across multiple publicly available web sources for information — including, but not limited to, news, articles, text, images, and video — and browse the corresponding source pages directly within the App through an embedded web browser (WebView). We provide the search, matching, and content-presentation gateway only; we do not host, store, produce, or own any third-party content.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. If the minimum legal age in your country or region is higher than 18, the age required by your local law applies. If you do not meet the required age, please do not use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights in the App.

You agree that you will not:

• use the App for any unlawful or infringing purpose, or in any way that violates the rules of a third-party platform;
• reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the App;
• use automated means (such as crawlers or bots) to abuse, attack, or excessively request the App's services;
• interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App, or circumvent its security measures;
• use the App to download, distribute, or reproduce copyright-protected content, or engage in any activity that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

A core function of the App is to aggregate publicly available content from third-party websites and platforms and present that content to you within the App through an embedded web browser (WebView). You understand and agree that:

• all content is provided by the respective third-party sources, which are responsible for its availability, accuracy, legality, and quality;
• when you browse a third-party website through the embedded browser, you must comply with that website's own terms of service and privacy policy;
• we are not responsible for any acts, changes, removals, or losses relating to third-party content or platforms;
• there is no affiliation, endorsement, or partnership between the App and those third-party sources, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We respect intellectual property rights and require all users to respect the lawful rights of others. Because the App only aggregates and presents publicly available third-party content and does not host that content itself, if you believe that a search result or source accessible through the App infringes your copyright or other lawful rights, you may submit a complaint to us at privacy@luumi.tv. Please include in your notice:

• your name and contact details (email);
• a description of the work or right that has been infringed;
• specific information identifying the relevant search result or source (such as a link, keyword, or screenshot) so that we can locate it;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review it within a reasonable time and take measures such as removing, blocking, or ceasing to present the relevant search result or source. For repeated or bad-faith infringement, we reserve the right to take further action.

All rights in the App itself — including, without limitation, its interface design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software code — belong to us or our respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use them without our written authorization.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that it will meet your specific needs, nor do we make any commitment as to the accuracy of search results or the availability of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data or loss of profits) arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App's features at any time, without prior notice. We may also, at our sole discretion, restrict or terminate your use of the App if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time for any reason. When the Terms are updated, we will publish the changes by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after the Terms are changed constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by applicable law. As the App is primarily intended for users in Southeast Asia and other overseas regions, in the event of a dispute the parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the matter shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and practice. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the legal requirements of your region.
