How to delete your account
Option 1. Delete from inside the Luumi app:
- Open Luumi and tap
Profile - Go to
Settings → Account & Privacy - Tap
Delete Accountand confirm
Option 2. If you can't access the app, email us — include the email or phone number on your account so we can locate it:
We respond to every request manually, usually within 72 hours.

When you delete your account, we remove your profile information, search history, watch history, library, and device identifiers from our active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days on the next rotation cycle.
Some data must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons — for example, transaction records (where required by tax law) and anonymized abuse signals tied to devices, not to you. Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered.
